Q: I just placed an order by mistake, what should I do?  

A: You can cancel your order immediately, before it gets shipped, in which case you'll be entitled for a full refund.  

Q: What happens if I decided I wanted to cancel my order after it has been shipped?  

A: Suorin will accept returns even after the item is shipped given that the return request is lodged within 15 days after you've received your order. The item to be returned has to be unopened and unused with a sealed packaging. Once you've secured the item, you may send it back to us wherein we will issue you a refund after being inspected by our RMA team, equal to the amount you've paid, less 30% for restocking fees

Q: How can I resend the item I ordered?  

A: You may begin by sending us an email at support@suorinvaporizers.com to give us more information about the return. You can then send the item back to us together with these details.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and examined by our RMA team prior to issuing a refund.  

Q: I received a broken device, what should I do?  

A: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Broken and damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. You will then receive instructions on how to troubleshoot the product (if necessary) or directions on how we will replace the item should it be deemed defective. The same goes for products with missing items.  

*For returns and replacement, please be advised that all product components must be returned which include its parts, accessories, user manuals and everything in the packaging. Returned items that do not meet the said conditions will be subject for disqualification of these return and exchange privileges
