When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Regardless of the method or of the courier, we see to it that all items are shipped within the day or the next one. Although we make it to a point that we follow this time frame, special pre-orders will and may be treated differently depending on the availability of the new item you ordered.
Your orders are processed and are shipped during business days following a 2 PM cut-off time.
While we do our best to keep to our schedule, we cannot guarantee the transit times in between shipment. In some instances, couriers may experience certain delays due to weather and failed delivery attempts.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in America including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, as well as APO and FPO addresses.
How do I keep track of my orders?
Once orders have been shipped, we'll forward a tracking number to the email address you've registered on file. Likewise, the tracking number will also be available should you log in to your account from the website's "my account" page.
In some cases, it may take time till the actual status of the shipment is changed or is updated. USPS does not update the status of the shipment till the item is handed over to the next sorting depot or any of the available local post offices.
*Before submitting your order, please review the information you've provided. Oftentimes, the usual cause of delay and instances of having the item returned back to sender is when the address on the package is incorrect. This may also lead to your packages getting to the wrong mailbox so please be keen on the information you're putting in. We will also not reship or process another order until the item we sent out is not yet received, we will also require the customer to pay for the fee to reship the item.
